Free accounts see ads served by Google AdMob. By default these ads are non-personalized: they are not chosen based on your activity in other apps or on websites, though Google may still use your device's identifiers to show, limit and measure ads and to prevent fraud.
You can choose to turn on Personalized Ads in Settings → Privacy & Security. If you do, and you also allow tracking when your device asks, your device's advertising identifier and information about your activity across other companies' apps and websites may be used to select ads more relevant to you. You can turn this off at any time in the app or in your device's privacy settings, and ads will go back to being non-personalized.
Whichever you choose, we never sell your personal information, and your health, workout, nutrition and sleep data are never shared with advertisers or used to select ads. Premium members do not see ads.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information, including:
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
